2024 W-2 Distribution Information
- Hard copy W-2’s for the year ending December 31, 2024 will be mailed out directly from ADP no later than January 31, 2025 to the address listed within Workday as of January 3, 2025.
- Electronic copies will also be available in Workday on January 31, 2025. Please view Access employee W-2 in the Employee Quick Links tab for viewing instructions..
- If hard-copy W-2’s are not received at your home by February 10, 2025, please email PeopleServiceCenter@hioscar.com

To register for access to your W-2 via ADP, please click here to view the registration aid.
Once you have successfully registered, you can go to http://my.adp.com to view your W-2 at any time.

I need to correct my W2 forms for the years 2021 through 2024. I sent an email to payroll@hioscar.com last Friday, February 21, 2025, but I have not yet received a response as of today, February 26, 2025.
