Ensure your Personal Information is up to date for accurate W-2
As we near the time to release W-2s, the Payroll Department wants to make sure that we have the most accurate and current information on file for you. Please review the following items:
- Does workday have your most current mailing address?
- Is your legal name correct?
- Does your Social Security Number in Workday match what is on your Card?
- Check current pay-stub for correct state withholdings/setup.
Any changes need to be entered into Workday employee self service prior to 11:59pm (EST) on Thursday, January 2, 2025.
Why this matters: W2’s and other important tax and employment information is based on what is in your Workday profile. If any of that information is incorrect, it may impact your receipt of these documents, their accuracy, and your taxes!
Here's how to view and/or change this information in Workday:
(1) In the Workday home screen, choose the “Personal Information” worklet icon.
(2) Within that worklet, you will see options to “Select” or “View” Personal Information items.
(3) Select each item and review to ensure it is accurate and up to date. Update as needed.
**Managers: Approve Employee Time in Workday
The final check date of 2024 will be December 27, 2024. It is critical that time is recorded correctly to minimize adjustments and to ensure correct reporting of wages on the Employee w-2’s.
